To report to Quality Manager. To take reporting from Quality Co-coordinators in the team. To coordinate with Quality central team for implementation of Quality standards. To coordinate with unit Administrators for Implementation of Quality Standards. To collect and analyze data from various departments to prepare Quality Indicator report on monthly basis indicating trends and performance measures. To conduct Case Sheet Audits and prepare audit report, for retrospective and live cases on daily basis. To carry out regular quality check rounds and to submit a report on the same to the Quality Head and stake holders. To coordinate and prepare report on Mock Drills as per schedule. To conduct training classes for all staff on quality parameters and relevant hospital policies and procedures. To coordinate the process of Incident Reporting involving; reporting of incident, analysis of incident and action taken with respect to the incident. To assist in document preparation and implementation of Quality Management Systems. To update department manuals as and when policies and procedures are amended / revised. To coordinate various committee meetings as per Continuous Quality Improvement programme schedule. To coordinate and participate in Internal Audits in accordance with CQI programme as per defined schedule. To coordinate and participate in various Surveys, Audits and Studies as per defined schedule and requirement. To maintain all the documents, files and reports related to Quality Assurance department. To Interpret and implement Quality assurance standards in the hospital. To liaise with hospital departments regarding the quality management system. To assist the Head of Quality during NABH assessments and; to coordinate and follow-up for the implementation of closures as recommended by auditors. To coordinate and implement any other quality improvement initiative as per the requirement.
